EPFC Corp planned and executed the engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction work for this 198 MMscf/d gas plant located in Northeastern British Columbia. The plant consists of two 99 MMscf/d trains, each having inlet separation and compression, propane refrigeration packages, de-ethanizers and sales compression. The plant can process 4,000 bpd of propane and butane and 4,500 bpd of condensate.  The inlet gas turbine compressors possess waste heat recovery systems that supplement the heat medium package for the plant, reducing plant fuel gas required. Common equipment supporting both trains include a slug catcher with an equalizing header to the inlet, de-butanizer tower, stabilizer tower with overhead compressor, liquids truck out and utility systems. Two 5.652 MW gas turbine compressors support process compression, one for each train. The electrical utility operates as a stand alone system powered by five 2.5 MW internal combustion gas generators. The facility is equipped to provide 2 days of autonomous storage for saleable liquid products.
