Rail and Truck Loading Facility

NORTHEASTERN BC

About the Project

EPFC designed, fabricated and constructed a rail and truck loading facility. The facility design accommodates propane, butane, or C5+ condensate loading, with a control and ticketing system to accommodate each product. The rail loading site has capacity for 14,000 bpd via four rail car loading stations, with provisions to expand to eight stations. The modular rail platform was positioned between two tracks, allowing each station to load from two sides. The site also has capacity for 3,000 bpd of truck loading, with the provisions to expand to 9,000 bpd.

Major Equipment: Truck loading/unloading modular skid, rail loading platform with four rail loading stations servicing eight cars

Utilities: Instrument air

EPFC Scope: Engineering, Fabrication, Construction
